Step wise inspection of Fabrication, Painting, Wiring and Packing. Preparation of shop drawings, approval, revision and issue as per procedure laid down.

Type test of panels of prove design features.

Yearly calibration of all testing instruments.

Inspections before dispatch of panels.

All systems are commissioned, designs, and drawings updated by an engineer. Powder coating is carried out with best quality powder procured from reputed manufactures with best powder coating plant in the clearest conditions. Curing is carried out in an oven to give the best quality finish to the product.
